DISCOVER: Folk/Pop Artist Hannah Telle

Hannah Telle is a folk/pop from Shelby, North Carolina who often writes her own music. Not only does she writer her own music as an artist, but she also wrote several original songs for her character to perform in the feature film “I Live For You,” which premiered at the 2016 Dances with Films Festival.

In spite of her very public career choice, she struggles with fear of receiving attention and severe performance anxiety. She began to write songs because it became a therapeutic tool for emotional healing. Playing music was a way for Hannah to open her mind in order to creative freedom she had never experienced. She then began taking guitar lessons with her teacher, Ben Schwab, to ease her depression. He helped her record demos of her songs, which ended up being the tracks on her first upcoming album, “Hollow Glow.”

Hannah is also known for being the voice of Max Caulfield, the main character in BAFTA award-winning video game Life is Strange. She’s also the lead role in the film Flesh & Blood, which screened at Comic-Con International 2016.

Hannah’s album, Hollow Glow, will be available September 21st.
