Hotel Can Faustino Review, Menorca, Spain

Meals are served in the inviting Fuego restaurant complete with a decorative wine wall but, truth be told, guests prefer to dine on the ambient garden terrace whenever the weather allows. Mains of note include grilled red prawns, a specialty of the island, or organic Menorcan beef, cut Argentine-style. Both are garnished with a selection of veggies, crisps or garden salad made from ingredients and seasonings harvested on the property.

Buffet breakfast includes cereals, pastries, freshly-baked breads and cheeses, jams, dairy goods, fruit and veggies. For heartier appetites, a supplemental continental or a ‘complete’ menu can served at the table, each including croissants, spreads, freshly squeezed juice and hot beverages. The latter option also offers eggs prepared to your liking with optional bacon and regional deli cuts.
